A complaint has been filed against Sambhaji Bhide Guruji and Milind Ekbote, the head of the Hindu Ekta Mancha, at Pimpri police station, for primarily being involved in the Bhima Koregaon violence in Mumbai.

In relation to the issue the city is facing today, Pune Police Commissioner Rashmi Shukla conducted a meeting with all the parties on Tuesday, which was also attended by the representatives of Dalit organisations and Maratha organisations. Dalit organisations accused Milind Ekbote and Sambhaji Bhide Guruji with regards to their involvement in the riots and demanded that the two be arrested immediately, with a case registered against them.

According to the information received, Pune city police station has registered a case against both the accused and the accused. Mumbai Live has received this information from Yuvraj Bansode, a Republican Workers Officer from Pune.

This violence has created a panic in the city and the committee has called for a Maharashtra Bandh. A protest will be held in Pune over the next three to four days, and police across the state has been kept on high alert for safety.
