Mumbai - Babita Singh, the missing scientist of the BARC, has been traced to an ashram in Puducherry. On getting this information, her relatives have left for Puducherry. Babita herself informed her parents not to worry about her. Babita had left her Nerul home on January 23 allegedly due to the harassment of her senior colleagues. She had stated that it would be better to die in a shot than to suffer daily. She had also left her phone at home. Babita was posted as scientific officer in the BARC from 2011. She had claimed in her mail to a relative that she had been facing harassment at the hands of senior colleagues. It would be worth to see whether the senior management of the BARC pay attention to her grievances or not.
