Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan has reportedly been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) at nearly 2 pm on Sunday after he was interrogated about the cruise that the agency raided on Saturday night, claim accounts.

According to the report by the Hindustan Times, the actor’s son has been arrested under Section 8C, 20B, 27 read with 35 of the NDPS Act. Earlier in the day, it was reported that he was detained with several others for interrogations. But reports now claim that he was booked in connection to the raid where contraband was seized. Aryan Khan amongst three others was later taken to the JJ Hospital in Mumbai for a medical checkup.
During the interrogation, Aryan Khan is claimed to have said that he was invited on the cruise only as a guest and wasn’t paid any honorarium. However, it is said that others were called using his name. Reports also allege that Khan’s phone has been seized by the authority and further investigations are on. It is being reported that chats from the confiscated phones are being investigated. Lawyer Satish Maneshinde is claimed to be representing Aryan Khan in this matter.
NCB chief SN Pradhan elaborated on the seizure of drugs from the cruise party saying that they were gathering inputs and took the action when inputs suggested that drugs like charas & MDM were carried for consumption at the party.
