Builder who received INR 10 lakh from Iqbal Kaskar dies

The extortion case where underworld don Dawood Ibrahim’s brother Iqbal Kaskar was arrested has seen some unusual activity.

The investigating agencies had questioned builder Fareed Mohammad Ali Welder a few days ago, but this builder died on Tuesday.

Builder Fareed Mohammad received INR 10 lakh from Iqbal Kaskar and police wanted to question him over the transaction. This transaction was completed as Kaskar gave him the booking amount for an apartment.

The builder was taken to Prince Ali Khan Hospital after he suffered a cardiac arrest on Tuesday and doctors declared him dead on arrival. He was quite active in the Nagpada area and was running quite a few projects there.
