A BEST bus operated by Mateshwari Company from the Wadala depot was traveling from Dindoshi to Sewri bus station. Around 6:30 am, while passing the Vanrai police post, a private vehicle suddenly entered from the service road, causing the bus driver to lose control and crash into a truck.
The driver, conductor, and six passengers were injured, and the front of the bus was severely damaged. The conductor admitted all the injured to HBT Trauma Care Hospital in Jogeshwari. BEST and Mateshwari officials promptly arrived at the scene.
