Since Friday afternoon, five students, studying in 8th grade went missing from South Mumbai. Parents of the missing girls have filed a missing complaint with Colaba Police who are now looking out for the girls.

The missing girls are students of Fort Convent school, Colaba. The day they went missing, the school had organised an open day (results). A few days ago, results of preliminary examinations were out and all five girls were said to be unhappy. As per CCTV footage, the girls were tensed and after school, the girls went to Marine Drive before they were reported to be missing. Colaba police found the footage of the same.

Colaba police have sent the photos of the girls to all police stations and are also investigating NGOs as well.

On Friday evening, when parents visited the school to see the results, they were not present. School authorities informed that the girls were not yelled at. The authorities informed that they will support the police in the investigation.
