In an unfortunate event on Monday, a suicide was reported near the Terminal 2 of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA).
Reports state that Abhishay Babu, a junior intelligence officer at the CSIA allegedly committed suicide by jumping off a building. Police identified him and mentioned that the body was found in the parking area (level 4) of the airport. The process of registering an Accidental Death Report (ADR) is being considered, however the police have not received any information regarding the suicide.
