According to the information received, Rakhi Sawant's brother Rakesh Sawant has been arrested in a check bounce case. Rakesh was arrested by the Oshiwara police on May 7. He was then produced before the court on May 8. At that time, the court sent Rakhi’s brother Rakesh to judicial custody till May 22. Rakesh Sawant is a director, producer and writer.

What exactly is the case?

A businessman filed a complaint against Rakesh in 2020. Rakesh was arrested in this case. He was later released on bail. This time, in the check bounce case, bail was given with the condition that he should return the money to the businessman. But Rakesh could not fulfil this condition given by the court. So Rakesh has now been re-arrested on a bailable warrant under 138A, Court Case No. 96/SS/2021. Rakesh has been sent to judicial custody till May 22.



Meanwhile, Rakhi Sawant appeared in 'Bigg Boss Marathi'. She is always active on social media. She is seen sharing many photos and videos. Rakhi Sawant started this year with many controversies. Rakhi revealed that she got married by showing her wedding photos with Adil Durrani. But Adil denied the marriage. After that, Rakhi filed a complaint against Adil for domestic abuse, theft and cheating. After that, the police registered a case and arrested him.
