The owner of a sweet shop has complained to the Pydhonie police that because Munwar Farooqui, the winner of 'Bigg Boss 17', visited his shop, people started throwing eggs at them out of anger. Accordingly, the Pydhonie police have registered a case and issued a notice to the hotelier and his workers.


Farooqui had gone to Mohammad Ali Road on Tuesday for an iftar party. At that time, a video of his fans rioting with a huge crowd around him had gone viral on social media. At that time Farooqui went to Noorani sweet shop in Minara Masjid. Fans also gathered to see him. This time the egg was suddenly thrown. Some people tried to riot there. Akhtar Nurani, the owner of Noorani shop, has lodged a complaint with the Pydhonie police.

In the complaint, it has been alleged that a hotel owner and his workers threw eggs at Munawar Farooqui, abused him and beat him up in a riot, out of anger that he had come to his shop. According to this, the Pydhonie police have registered a case against seven persons under various sections like rioting, intimidation, and illegal gathering. The police said that the seven persons were released after giving a notice.
