Dharavi- 25-year-old woman's dead body was found in the creek at Dharavi’s T Junction’s flyover. This incident took place on Friday where victim Roshni Shivgan died due to drowning in the creek. Police have arrested the lover Pravin Chauhan (25) for further investigation.
According to the sources, suspect Pravin Chauhan was taking her girlfriend Roshni to his sister’s house. On their way, they took a halt at creek nearby Dharavi’s T Junction’s flyover. There it is said that she slipped into the water and as Pravin tried helping her, she pulled him into the water. He saved himself but couldn’t save her and she died. Dharavi’s police sub-inspector Anand Muneshwar reached the spot and arranged the ambulance for Roshani but she died on her way to Sion hospital. Dharavi police are investigating if it is murder or suicide.
