Kurla - Every day there are many accidents while commuting by local trains. Most of them turn fatal but some lucky ones have miraculous escape too. On 18th December a mother-daughter duo on Kurla station was trying to catch a train. The train started moving when the daughter had boarded it and the mother could not. So the daughter tried to alight the running train. By then the train had caught speed and the daughter who jumped on the platform was about to slip under the running train. Two RPF officers saw this and risking their life they saved her in the nick of a time. Though the daughter had narrow escape, everyone won't be that lucky. So please do not try to board or alight the running train, we request.
