No corruption in Mumbai Traffic Department says Anti-Corruption Bureau

Mumbai Police head constable, Sunil Toke secretly did a sting operation on the corruption in Mumbai Traffic Police Department and filed a PIL in Bombay High Court.

According to Sunil Toke, Mumbai Traffic Department is drenched in corruption, where the superiors force the contabulary to take bribe, a rate card of traffic police is fixed and in every traffic police chowky, 2 constables are appointed to collect the bribes and the distribute among officials to constables.

Bombay High Court had directed to Anti-Corruption Bureau to investigate this corruption in Mumbai and other traffic departments and submit their report in six weeks.

According to which Anti-Corruption Bureau has submitted their investigation report to the Bombay High Court. According to the report, the ACB investigated 29 people and recorded their statements. As per the report  there is no corruption in Mumbai Traffic Police Department. Bombay High Court now has given orders to the public prosecutor to investigate the video clips given by Toke and submit their report.
