On Thursday at 6 o'clock in the evening, due to a traffic jam at the Pendhar railway gate along the Diva Panvel railway line, Senior Police Inspector Sunil Kadam appointed Police Constable Adinath Aghav and Police Constable Anil Khaire to the gate area. Meanwhile, two trains were running on the tracks at some distance from the gate. In a few minutes these trains would cross through the Pendhar Gate. But police constable Khaire risked his life and rushed towards the victim from both the railway tracks before the railway crossing. Police Khaire saved the young man's life by moving him away from the tracks. After the police inquired about this youth, the police found out that he is 28 years old and that he lives in Phase 2 in Taloja Colony. Also, this young man is married and told the police that he took this step out of depression as his wife switched off her phone and left the house due to a quarrel between him and his wife.

During this incident, the drivers and passengers who were waiting for the gate to open on the railway track praised the police for their conscientious work.
