Bhaijaan Salman Khan’s bail plea in Blackbuck poaching case to be announced tomorrow. The urgings will proceed on Saturday, in the interim, Salman will continue to be held at Barrack Number 2 at Jodhpur Central Jail.

On April 5 Jodhpur court had convicted Salman Khan under section 9 and 51 of Wildlife Protection Act. Salman Khan was sentenced to five years’ jail and fined with ₹10,000. Other co-accused actors Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam were acquitted.

In the year 1998 during the shoot of film Hum Saath Saath Hai blackbuck poaching case was filed against Bollywood actor Salman Khan, Neelam, Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre. Salman and his co-star had been accused of killing two blackbucks on October 2, 1998, in Kankani village in Jodhpur.The hearing of the blackbuck case has been in progress for the last 20 years. Judge Dev Kumar Khatri reserved the order after the final arguments on March 28.
