Shivaji Park Police have arrested an OLA cab driver for allegedly harassing a female passenger on Tuesday. 40-year-old Arun Tiwari has been identified as the OLA cab driver.
The accused was produced in ‘Bhoiwada Court’ and was handed jail custody.
The woman was traveling from Marol to Parel for an interview and she booked an OLA cab. There was another passenger in the cab but that passenger got off after some distance. When the woman was alone, she noticed that the driver had opened his zip and was trying something weird.
She got off the cab and went directly to the police station. Shivaji Park police have filed a case under section 354A of IPC.
