Around 7 pm, a visually impaired person bought samosa from the canteen in which he found hair. He told the same to the canteen boy who in return abused the visually impaired person. Other passengers who were present heard the abuse and started breaking the glasses of railway canteen. Railway police then reached the spot and brought the situation under control and handed over the visually impaired person and vendor to Wadala police.
