On Monday night, a 19-year-old boy was murdered for intervening a friend’s fight. The incident took place at Powai’s Milind Nagar where victim Arbaz Mehboob Sheikh was killed. The case has been registered with Powai police station who have arrested Pari Mohammed Sheikh and Shubham Akhilesh Singh.
The victim was a resident of Powai. On a fateful day, Arbaaz Sheikh was with his friends when he saw Pari Mohammed and Shubham smoking a cigarette. After some time, both started arguing which turned into a fight.
Arbaaz Sheikh then threw himself into the fight and tried intervening. However, both Sheikh and Singh thought that Arbaaz Sheikh is trying to bully them. Both of them started beating up Arbaaz and also hit his head with a slab. Arbaaz who was grievously injured was taken to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
