Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim’s properties were auctioned on Tuesday, November 14. Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust were the buyers of the properties which included Raunaq Afroz — now called Delhi Zaika, Shabnam Guest House and six rooms in Damarwala building, on Pakmodia Street.

The auction took place at Kelachand Conference room, IMC building at Churchgate. Two properties were auctioned for INR 3.5 Crore and Raunaq Afroz for INR 4.52 Crore.

Now, Dawood’s henchmen are beginning to fire red flares, threatening consequences for the auction. Usman Chaudhry notified a news channel threatening the same.

Usman threatened that if anyone takes possession of Dawood’s properties, people will face a backlash of 1993 Bombay Blasts.

Such threats have been seen in the past as well. When his properties were auctioned in 2002 and 2015, Dawood’s brother Anis Ibrahim and gangster Chhota Shakeel had issued warnings.
