In recent developments, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the ICAI CA intermediate result of both old and new courses. The CA intermediate exams were held in July this year.

Meanwhile, Mumbai-based Priti Nandan Kamat has emerged as the topper with 388/700 marks. Moreover, Arjun Mehra from Delhi has topped the CA Intermediate (new course) examination with 674/800 marks.

According to reports, the 22-year-old Andheri resident graduated from ML Dahanukar College two years ago and was preparing for her CA exam.

On the other hand, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the HSC exams that were scheduled in April-May were annulled. All registered students that include private and repeater ones had passed. Some pupils, however, wanted to enhance their scores, those who had passed the examination in the previous year, had requested that they be assessed and proclaimed passed similar to their counterparts in the regular and private domain. The state, therefore, persisted, that they appear for the physical examination. These examinations are slated to be held from September 16 onwards to October 11. Accounts mention that 12,341 total students from Maharashtra that constitute 4,744 from the Mumbai division will sit for the physical examinations.
