CTET examinations to be conducted on December 9

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)-held Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will be conducted on December 9 this year. The examination will be held at 2,296 centres across 92 cities

Finally, the dates for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)-held examination have been announced. The Central Teachers Eligibility Test will be conducted on December 9 this year will be held at 2,296 centres across 92 cities.

The examination will consist of two groups, amongst which, the first group will consist of candidates applying for the post of teacher for up to Division V whereas the second group will consist of candidates willing to teach up to Division VI to VIII.

Both the groups will have two different examinations where the first one will be conducted from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and the second examination will be conducted from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm. 

The admit card for the examinations will be made available for the candidates by November 22 on the website www.ctet.nic.in.
