Mumbai's Government Law College bagged the winning title in the final round of Third National Moot Court Competition, which was held at Chandigarh University. On the last day of the competition, the competition was in between Government Law College and Panipat's Geeta Institute of Law..

In the meantime, Pune's Symbiosis Law School won the Best Memorial Award whereas Tamil Nadu's Jaya Raja, a student from Dr. Ambedkar Law University won the award for Best Mooter.

Along with this, another student from Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Saeed Ali Fatima became the Best Researcher in the competition. The chief guest for the event was Punjab-Haryana High Court Retd. Judge S.S. Saron.

Speaking at the event, Justice Saron said that the students must know every aspect of law and understand the impact it carries. He added that they must also understand the judicial system to ensure that they can help others trust the law and order in the country.
