
The online admission process for the 2025-26 academic year of the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE, formerly ‘IDOL’) under the University of Mumbai has been extended. Students can apply online for all courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels on the website https://mucdoeadm.samarth.edu.in/ till September 30.
All the details and information booklet regarding the admission process for ‘IDOL’ have been made available on the university’s website https://mu.ac.in/distance-open-learning/.
This year, for the first time in 'IDOL', the admission process for degree level courses is being implemented as per the National Education Policy. Also, for the first time, the 'M. A. Sociology' course is being started online. The special feature of this postgraduate course is that the entire process, from admission process to examination, will be conducted online.
