Out of 11,210 candidates, only 11,208 were admitted and admissions of two candidates were cancelled. Also, of 10,854 candidates who appeared for the examination 6,731 passed and 4,042 couldn’t clear it. The pass percentage in the semester 1 examination is 62.48 per cent.
The Varsity declared the pending results of semester 3 & 5 for three-year LLB course and semester 9 for the five-year LLB course. The exams of the same were conducted between December and January.
Last year, the university declared the TYBCOM results and as many as 19,3976 students failed. As winter exams delayed, at least six papers which also included law exams delayed which were scheduled in the first week of June 2018.
