Mumbai University declares results of six examinations; Law students still devoid of results

Mumbai University today declared results of the exams conducted during the summer session, which were held recently. However, the results for exams conducted by Mumbai University during the winter session are still pending. The declaration of these results has appeased many students but the ones whose results are still pending are concerned about the same.

Mumbai University had conducted a total of 402 exams, out of which results of 389 exams have been declared by the Examination and Evaluation Board. The University, however, realising the gravity of the situation declared results of six other examinations on Saturday, May 12.

Results MSc Semester III Part Two exams, exams of a revised curriculum MFM Second Year Semester I, MSc. Part 2 Semester 3, M.Com Part 1, and M.Com Part 2 were announced.

However, Law students have been awaiting their results for a long time. Earlier they were promised quick declaration of their results but seeing no response they had held a protest at Kalina campus on May 4. But newly appointed Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Suhas Pednekar assured them their results in the span of ten days.

Ten days have passed and since their results still haven’t been declared, the students to express their anger may hold a protest on May 16 at Kalina campus once again.
