On Friday, June 17, the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) results were declared which put the division of Mumbai in the sixth position with a pass percentage of 96.94. Maharashtra has nine divisions and has a pass percentage of 96.94. Moreover, Konkan which is the smallest division stayed at the top of the table with a pass percentage of 99.27, reports stated. 

Based on accounts, Kolhapur stood second, while Nashik was at the bottom of the table at 98.59 per cent and 95.90 per cent respectively. On the other hand, repeater candidates also did well with a 79.06 pass percentage.

It has been reported that an aggregate of 15.68 lakh students entailing 3.51 lakh from Mumbai division's city and suburbs, Thane, Palghar, Navi Mumbai and Raigad had their exams in a special arrangement, by writing their papers in their own schools because of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

According to narratives, the 2022 results will be the highest pass percentage so far. Girls have reportedly yet again outperformed the boys with 97.96 per cent while the latter had a pass percentage of 96.06. Likewise, differently-abled students had a pass percentage of 94.40. An aggregate of 12,210 schools registered 100 per cent.
