Maharashtra's Education Minister, Varsha Gaikwad has announced that the Class 10 results or the Secondary School Certificate (SSC), is set to be declared on July 16, 2021, Friday. The students will be able to access their results on the board's website from 1.00 pm onwards.
In order to check the results, students will be required to log in using their roll number and mother's first name. Moreover, over 16 lakh students have registered for the SSC Exam in Maharashtra.
The state's SSC Results can be accessed on the avenues of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education as well as Maharashtra Result. Some of the websites include mahresult.nic.in and mahahsscboard.in
Varsha Gaikwad's tweet on Thursday read, "Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education will declare results of Std 10th, 2021 batch based on internal assessments on 16th July at 1 pm. Best of luck to all students".
The 2021 session of the Maharashtra SSC Exams were cancelled owing to the pandemic. Thus, the authorities thought it was best to assess the marks on the basis of internal examination. The SSC Results will be determined on the student's performance in Class 9 and Class 10 internals. Out of the total 100 marks, 50% will depend on Class 9, based on year-long internal assessment of Class 10, 30 marks will be evaluated and based on practical, homework, assignments in Class 10, 20 marks will be given.
