S. S. Rajamouli's much acclaimed RRR's song Natu Natu which was nominated for Best Original Song has bagged an Oscar. Under Best Original Song category, 'Naatu Naatu' was nominated along with ‘Applause’ from Tell It Like A Woman, ‘Lift Me Up’ from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, ‘This Is A Life’ from Everything Everywhere All At Once, and ‘Hold My Hand’ from Top Gun: Maverick movie.

Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava, the original singers performed 'Naatu Naatu' live for the guests at the 95th Academy Awards. MM Keeravaani has composed Naatu Naatu's music while its lyrics are penned by Chandrabose.

'Naatu Naatu' has already won a Critics Choice Award, a Golden Globes Award and a Hollywood Critics Association award.
David Byrne, Stephanie Hsu and Son Lux performed 'This Is a Life', while Rihanna sang 'Lift Me Up' from 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever'.
