Aamir Khan’s 'Secret Superstar' will clash with Rajinikant’s 2.0 and Ajay Devgn’s ‘Golmal Again’ on Diwali this year.
'Secret Superstar' was earlier supposed to release on 4 August which clashed with Sanjay Dutt's comeback movie ‘Bhoomi’. However, Sanjay Dutt released a statement that, Aamir is a his dear friend and he wouldn’t want his comeback film to be pitted against Aamir's. He also said that they belong to the same industry and must make an effort to help each other.
The final decision on the release date of ‘Bhoomi’ has not been locked as of now.
Aamir Khan, in a recent teaser launch, revealed that his 'Dangal' daughter Zaira Wasim, who recently won a National award will feature as a lead role in 'Secret Superstar'.
Even though the release date of ‘Secret Superstar’ has been shifted to Diwali, it’ll still be the second biggest box office clash after Shah Rukh Khan’s 'Raees' and Hrithik Roshan’s 'Kaabil' earlier this year.
Aamir Khan will be seen as a supporting actor in the movie where he describes himself as a “Tadka in the Dal”. Khan will be spotted as a mentor to Zaira Wasim in the movie just the same as in ‘Taare Zameen Par’ but in a different and spectacular style.
The movie might face difficult situations on box office as Rajni Anna and Mr.Perfectionist share a pretty close bond.
