Juhu - After stand up comedian Kapil Sharma, it is actor Arjun Kapoor who is on the BMC radar.
Under the MRTP act, the civic administration has issued a third notice to Arjun Kapoor regarding an illegal construction at his Juhu residence. On the seventh floor of the Raheja Arcade, Arjun has allegedly built a small room on the terrace without the BMC's permission. The BMC issued the first notice regarding this in March 2016 to which it says it got no response. The BMC is now planning to take strict action against Kapoor. A social activist has complained about this unauthorised construction. Currently, filmmaker Rohit Shetty is occupying the flat, sources say.
