Beyhadh actor Piyush Sahdev was arrested on 22 November, after a woman allegedly lodged an FIR at the Versova Police Station. The woman has accused the actor of rape charges.
Kiran Vasantrao Kale, the senior inspector of Versova police station, has confirmed the news to Hindustan times stating, “Yes, he has been charged with rape. An FIR was lodged against him on November 20. After investigations, we arrested him on November 22. He was produced in court on the same day and has been sent to police custody until November 27.”
Piyush Sahdev was a part of TV shows like Geet, Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev and Beyhadh. Currently, the actor is seen essaying the role of Pawan in Colors show Devanshi. As per reports, recently the actor had also made it to the headlines for having an affair with the creative team member of Sony TV’s Beyhadh.
