Chetan Bhagat’s books do make a good read for many and as we all know some of his books have been adapted to films. The next in line is the movie based on his 2014 release ‘Half Girlfriend’, starring Shraddha Kapoor (as Riya Somani) and Arjun Kapoor (as Madhav Jha). The lead of the films and makers unveiled the motion poster of the film which features the 2 leads enjoying the rain, moment, smiling and holding hands.
The film directed by Mohit Suri and will focus on ‘new-age relationships’, and a lot is revealed in the tagline 'Dost Se Zyada, Girlfriend Se Kum'
Half Girlfriend, the romantic drama revolves around Madhav and Riya, who have very few similarities, but somehow find love and comfort with each other in the most unexpected ways. How does the journey unfold? What all do they go through? Well, the book says everything, but one can find out visually on May 19, 2017.
