Goregaon - BMC has started the tender scheme in connection with the redevelopment of Topiwala Mandi in Goregaon. 16 storey building will be constructed at this place, on the third floor will be an air-conditioned theatre. The building will comprise the library, yoga centre and gym. Goregaon people will be able to avail different services under one roof. The theatre will be 18.60 meters long and 10.10 meters wide. Parking services will also be available. 109 crores of rupees will be expensed in the construction of this building. The construction will be completed in a span of 42 months.
