Bhandup- Bhandupkar Ameya Gawade is all set to travel to the USA as a sound engineer, where he is been selected to work with Royal Carribean shipping company. Ameya who resides in Bhandup’s Nardas Nagar chawl always dreamt of flying to the USA to pursue his dreams. For five years, he worked as a sound engineer with event management companies. While he was working, he also filled up forms for international companies. After which, he was short-listed, he gave the necessary online examination and was selected. He flew to the USA on Wednesday. “We all know Ajay-Atul and their songs but very few know about the sound technicians. Even though one can earn 10-12 lakhs, not many Marathi youngsters opt this a career. Youngsters should definitely go for this”, urged Ameya Gawade.
