Bandra-Actor Pulkit Samrat’s wife Shweta Rohira filed for divorce after living separately with the actor for a long time. On Monday, the estranged couple reached Bandra family court to file for divorce. After filing divorce, when the ‘Sanam Re’ actor stepped out of the court, he got into a scuffle with the photojournalist Santosh Nagarkar, who was present at the venue to click pictures.
Nagarkar says "Pulkit and Shweta arrived together at around 1 pm. They were inside the court for over three hours. When they left, Pulkit attempted to make a run to avoid the cameras. When we chased him, he threatened us and grabbed me by my collar. He was accompanied by his security guards and lawyer, who also punched us."
When Pulkit was asked about the incident, he reasoned, "The photographer pushed my uncle and me and was recording it. I requested him to let me pass, but he refused to give way."
Pulkit Samrat and Shweta Rohira’s married life hit the rough patch just one year after their got hitched. They fought over various issues and the most vital reason for their separation was the alleged closeness between Pulkit and co-star Yami Gautam.
Shweta held Yami responsible for her seperation with Pulkit. She even tagged Yami a home-breaker.
