Worli - 86-year-old theater personality Dr. Pratibha Agrawal was felicitated by Aditya Birla Kala Shikhar Puraskar on Sunday at Nehru center in Worli. she is from Varanasi and devoted herself to theatre in Kolkata. Agrawal was presented with a certificate, trophy, and Rs 3,00000 cash by Vidyasagar Rao, Governer of Maharashtra. Earlier Lata Mangeshkar, Bhimsen Joshi, Pt Shiv Kumar Sharma, Pt Birju Maharaj have also received this award. Efforts are needed to create aptitude for theatre, music, dance among school children, said the Governor. He also said that Mumbai should organise world theater festival.
