Worli - An exhibition of paintings of artist Anant Dere is underway at Nehru Centre here. Total 50 selective pieces of art have been put on display at this exhibition and they range in the price bracket of Rs 10,000 to Rs 1.25 lakh. The paintings display the man’s relation with nature. The exhibition is free of cost and it will conclude on January 23. The amount collected from the sale of these paintings will be donated to the social organisations. Dere had earlier helped the families of Kargil martyrs. He expressed joy over the response to his paintings by the youth visiting this exhibition.
