The 'Mardaani' actor is on the way to make her comeback through a Yash Raj film ‘Hichki’ after a three-year hiatus on the silver screen.
After a power packed performance in 'Mardaani' which released in 2014, Mukerjee is set to wow audiences with its sequel ‘Hichki’. Yash Raj Films on Thursday officially announced the start of the shoot. The woman centric film talks about a woman's journey that turns her weakness into her strengths.
Even though 'Mardaani' did not set the box office ablaze, it reinforced Mukerjee's prowess as an actor. After 'Mardaani', however, Mukerjee took a break to care for her new born daughter Adira.
With 'Hichki', the long wait for her fans appears to be over.
