CST- Marathi actor Nivedita Joshi-Saraf experienced the harrowing encounter while travelling in Devagiri express. This express was not only late but was filled with the rats. Nivedita got pissed off when her purse was nibbled by rats. She was highly disappointed by the railway authorities.
