Sushant Singh Rajput turns down 4 Crore worth role in RAW

Due to ‘unavoidable circumstances,’ it is being said that the makers of 'Romeo Akbar Walter' (RAW) have decided to discontinue working with actor Sushant Singh Rajput, for the film. Further, it is also being said that the decision was taken on a mutual consent.

If some reports are to be believed, Sushant had made the decision to ‘walk out of the thriller.’ Talking about the same, Ajay Kapoor, the producer has issued a statement, which says that after much discussion and mutual talks, they will be parting ways with Sushant for RAW, and wished him luck for his future projects, with a hope to work together.

Clarifying the same, Sushant said, "Unfortunately due to changes in my prior commitments, I will not be able to be a part of 'Romeo Akbar Walter'. I wanted to be a part of the project because I love the story and I believe it's a story which must be told however due to unavoidable circumstances I won’t be a part of this journey. I wish the producers all the very best for the project."

It is also being said that the actor has also returned INR 4 crore - the signing amount of the film.

The actor will soon be seen with R.Madhavan in Chanda mama door ke, Sara Ali Khan in Kedarnath and Abhishek Chaubey’s next about the dacoits of Chambal Valley.
