The temperature has started decreasing in many parts of the state and it has started getting cold. The Meteorological Department has predicted that the minimum temperature in Mumbai will drop by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius. The night temperature in Mumbai is likely to drop to 18 to 19 degrees Celsius due to northerly winds. So, Mumbaikars will experience cold at night.


Maximum temperature in Mumbai is still high. Mumbaikars are facing fog in the morning and scorching heat in the afternoon. The minimum temperature in the suburbs will be around 21 to 22 degrees Celsius. According to the Regional Meteorological Department, the night temperature will drop to 20 degrees Celsius on December 12, 13 and 14. So, on December 15, 16, the temperature will be between 19 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, the flow of cold winds coming towards Mumbai from the north will increase and thus the night temperature in Mumbai is likely to drop.

However, the daytime temperature is high

Although Mumbaikars will experience chill at night, the weather department is predicting that the daytime temperature will remain above 30 degree Celsius. Also the humidity can drop from 65 percent to 55 percent. Meanwhile, Mumbaikars will get relief from humidity. But the daytime temperature will remain between 31 and 32 degrees Celsius.
