The weather department has predicted unseasonal rain in Mumbai, Thane and surrounding areas. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of drizzle in some parts of Mumbai metropolis from tomorrow to day after tomorrow i.e. between November 24 and 26. Although the unseasonal rains will not provide respite from the heat to Mumbaikars, it is expected to improve the air quality in the city.


The maximum temperature in Mumbai will be between 33 to 34 degrees Celsius. Earlier, there had been unseasonal rain here on November 8 and 9 as well. According to the Regional Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain with thunderstorms in Palghar area of Mumbai, Thane. This rain is likely to advance from the coastal areas. Three days ago, the minimum temperature in the suburb had dropped to 21 degrees Celsius, but it rose on Tuesday.

But from November 24, clouds may gather in the sky of Mumbai. After that, there is a possibility of rain and thundershowers during the afternoon or evening on November 25. There is a possibility of rain on November 26 also.



Where is the forecast of rain today?

There is a possibility of rain in the southern districts of Maharashtra from today. Warning of heavy winds, lightning and rain has been issued in Sindhudurg, Kolhapur, Sangli districts. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain with lightning at different places in Satara, Solapur, Dharashiv, Latur districts.
