For the past few days, the maximum temperature in Mumbai has been on the rise and we are experiencing cool weather in the morning and scorching sun in the afternoon. The atmosphere has been feeling hot for the past several days. However, the Meteorological Department has predicted the possibility of a decrease in the minimum as well as the maximum temperature in Mumbai from Thursday.


Since the beginning of February, Mumbaikars have to bear the heat. The Meteorological Department's Colaba centre recorded a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius on Tuesday, while the Santacruz centre recorded a maximum temperature of 32.9 degrees Celsius.

Santacruz centre recorded a temperature of 2 degrees higher. The minimum temperatures at both centres were recorded at 21.4 and 20.8 degrees Celsius respectively on Wednesday. The minimum temperature was recorded 2 degrees above normal. Meanwhile, for the next two days, the sky will remain clear in Mumbai in the afternoon or evening, and the maximum temperature will be between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature will be between 18 and 19 degrees Celsius, the Meteorological Department has predicted.


There is a possibility of western outbreak in North India. Therefore, till the end of February, the morning will feel cold. Also, as the sky will remain clear for the next two days, the minimum and maximum temperatures are likely to drop.
