Ganesh Galli in Lalbaug witnesses lakhs of devotees in Ganesh Chaturthi. The pandals in Ganesh Galli have followed the theme of 'temples' since 2002. With the ongoing dispute of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Ganesh Galli is all set to construct a pandal of Ram Mandir wherein they will showcase how the temple would look like from the imagination of the devotees. Ganesh Galli will be celebrating its 92nd year with the theme of Ram Mandir and the architecture will be constructed by eco-friendly material.

Many other pandals have planned on a similar replica of other temples. Andhericha Raja at Azad Nagar will be replicating Madhya Pradesh's 12 Jyotilinga which is located in Ujjain and dedicated to Lord Shiva.
In a pandal at Kalachowki, the theme will be of Pandharpur's Vitthal Rukimin and a pandal in Chembur will be replicating Solapur's famous Swami Samarth.
