Connoisseurs taste delicacies at Koli Food Fest

Sewri – A Koli Food Festival was organized for the first time at the Sewree Fort Colgate Company over the weekend. Koli Samaj Co-operative Housing Society and ‘Aapli Mumbai’ had jointly organized this event which was attended by a large number of food lovers. The spread included delicacies such as brown curry, white curry, dry chicken, meat, kombadi wade, prawns, crabs, and many other dishes. Well-known Koli songs writer and singer Dadus also enthralled the audience. Nandkumar Sewreekar and Vice Admiral I C Rao had organised the festival which was attended by MP Rahul Shewale, corporator Shweta Rane, assistant police commissioner Sunita Nashikkar, Prabhakar Koli, Bhaskar Sewreekar, Girish Vaiti and others.
