Founded by Chef Sahil Arora and Ms. Riddhi Merchant, the new wine room and bar boasts of an expansive range of wines that complement the modern European cuisine.
Encouraging the use of ingredients which are sourced locally, they take pride in bringing back the tradition of cooking homegrown produce in their kitchen. By adapting the modern culinary techniques, Chef Sahil has carefully crafted the food menu so that it reflects an amalgamation of flavours served on a single plate. Some of the signature dishes include Caramelized fig salad, Caprese salad, Lotus Stem Crisps, The 266 Charcuterie and Cheese Board, Chicken Two Ways, Braised Lamb Shanks, Gnocchi Gorgonzola, and more.
The extensive wine collection includes wines from India, Australia, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, France, Argentina, Spain, and Portugal. With warm interiors, private arched booths, pastel green sofas and walls with a wine cork box, where you can add the wine cork to their collection after finishing the wine, 266 - The Wine Room and Bar aims to bring extensive wine culture back to India.
