Incorporated in 2019 as Bastian Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, Bastian in Bandra, one of the popular brands under this wing recently announced the company parting ways with Chef Kelvin Cheung after the sudden passing of his father. Chef Kelvin was torn between his family in the US and his professional commitment towards Bastian Hospitality.
After a healthy 4-year association with Bastian Hospitality, which has three stylish bar and restaurant brands (Bastian, One Street, Whole & Then Some) under its umbrella, Chef Kelvin parts ways with the brand.

Chef Boo Kim has been appointed as the F&B Director of Bastian and One Street, as he has been instrumental in laying the foundation of both the brands along with Chef Kelvin.
Bastian Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is a product of Aallia Hospitality (owned by Ranjeet Bindra) and Bollywood actress and fitness enthusiast Shilpa Shetty-Kundra coming together to create a roster of establishments to offer patrons a series of 3 stylish bar and restaurant brands with thoughtful, well-curated F&B and late-night offerings under Bastian Hospitality.
