Okonomiyaki, a Japanese pan fried food with batter and cabbage, has a close resemblance to savoury pancakes and is customised with a whole array of ingredients as per one’s palette. The variability is reflected in the dish’s name itself, ‘okonomi’ means ‘to one’s liking’ and ‘yaki’ meaning ‘grill’ making it “whatever you like, on a grill”.
Chefs have curated a menu of decadent Okonomiyaki with unparalleled flavour and fresh produce to be cherished. Soba Noodles Okonomiyaki with buckwheat noodles, Tofu Okonomiyaki with silken tofu and assorted vegetables, Asuparagasu Okonomiyaki with shaved Peruvian Asparagus and Salsa Okonomiyaki with a Mexican twist to the classic are the exquisite choices for the Vegetarian diners.
