Panvel registered 35 new COVID-19 cases

On Monday, 35 new COVID-19 were found in Panvel municipal area and 104 patients were discharged from the hospital after recovering.

Panvel reported 35 new COVID-19 cases on Monday while 104 patients were discharged from the hospital. Also, two deaths have been reported, including one each from Panvel and Kamothe.

Among the new cases found in Panvel municipal area four are from Panvel, three from New Panvel, one from Khanda Colony, two from Kalamboli, 13 from Kamothe, 10 from Kharghar and two from Taloja.

Among the cured patients are five from Panvel, 19 from New Panvel, nine from Kalamboli, 25 from Kamothe and 46 from Kharghar.

A total of 24,060 COVID-19 cases have been registered till date, and out of these, 23,022 patients have recovered and returned home while 563 have died. At present, there are 475 active patients of COVID-19 in Panvel Municipal Corporation.
