On Thursday, the number of new COVID-19 cases in Mira-Bhayander has reached 23,523. Also, the death toll of this disease has reached 750.

Mira Bhayandar reported 56 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday (November 19) taking its caseload up to 23,523. Also, according to Mira-Bhayander Municipal Corporation (MBMC), only one person has lost their life due to this disease in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 750. Also, 40 people have recovered and discharged, which has so far crossed 22,244.

If we divide the coronavirus cases in the area, on Thursday (November 19), 15 cases from Bhayandar East, seven from Bhayander West and 34 from Mira Road have been reported.

Maharashtra's COVID-19 tally on Thursday (November 19) went up to 17,63,055 with the addition of 5,535 cases, as per the state health department. Also, 154 more lost their lives and the fatality count reached 46,356.

A total of 5,860 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the state's recovery count increased to 16,35,971. The count of active patients is now 79,738. The state has so far conducted 99,65,119 tests.

The number of cases in the Pune division stood at 4,42,117 while the deaths are at 10,387. Nashik division's case tally stood at 2,37,115 and death toll at 4,453. Kolhapur division has reported 1,11,761 cases and 3,896 deaths till now, while Aurangabad division's case tally stood at 65,883 and death count at 1,668. Latur division has reported 72,681 cases until now and 2,229 fatalities. Akola division has recorded 55,970 cases while 1,322 people have succumbed to the disease until now. Nagpur division has reported 1,64,017 infections and 3,801 fatalities.

As many as 1,952 COVID-19 patients from other states have received treatment in Maharashtra, including 159 who died.
