Navi Mumbai reported 90 COVID-19 cases on Friday (December 11) talking the tally up to 49,477. While 47,140 people have made a complete recovery from this disease, two deaths have been reported and the death toll now stands at 1,009. At present 1,328 patients are undergoing treatment in Navi Mumbai. While the recovery rate is at 95 per cent.

On Friday, 26 new cases were found in Belapur, 11 in Nerul, 12 in Vashi, 12 in Turbhe, five in Koparkhairane, eight in Ghansoli and 27 in Airoli.

While, the recovered patients are 19 from Belapur, 15 from Nerul, six from Vashi, eight from Turbhe, 16 from Koparkhairane, 10 from Ghansoli and 19 from Airoli.

Maharashtra reported 4,268 new COVID-19 cases, 2,774  recoveries and 87 deaths on Friday (December 11), taking the total number of cases in the state to 18,72,440. There are 73,315 active cases in the state and 17,47,199 patients have recovered so far. The death toll is at 48,059 in Maharashtra. In total 1,15,70,137 people have been tested in Maharashtra.

Meanwhile, India reported 30,005 new COVID-19 cases, 33,494 recoveries and 442 deaths in the last 24 hours, taking the tally up to 98,26,775 according to the data by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Friday (December 11). While in total 93,24,328 have completely recovered. The death toll is at 1,42,628 in the country. At present, there are 3,59,819 active cases. According to the ICMR, 15,26,97,399 samples have been tested up to December 11.
